Superior Solutions positioned itself in the sanitation manufacturing business with the purchase of Quebec-based Sany Inc. This now gives Superior a very strong position in the Quebec market as well as a chemical manufacturing operation in the province.

Sany designs, manufactures, and distributes innovative janitorial cleaning products for use in commercial cleaning operations. The company has a strong heritage and reputation in the cleaning industry in Quebec with operations in all major regions including, Joliette, Trois-Rivières, Quebec City, Laval, Sherbrooke, and Montréal.

The purchase of Sany allows for additional cleaning product solutions to be made in-house, providing opportunities to grow and expand. The acquisition of Sany would also allow our newly acquired Oakville distribution and manufacturing location to be utilized to its full potential by leveraging the current manufacturing expertise at Sany.
