Q. Does Superior Solutions have a minimum order?
Yes. Local orders (in Ontario, Quebec and the Atlantic) need to meet the minimum of $150. For orders outside of the local areas require a minimum order of $300. If order does not meet the minimum a delivery fee is charged.

Q. What are my delivery options?
Local deliveries will be made by Superior Solutions’ trucks. A $25 fee is charged for local orders and a $50 for out-of-area deliveries that do not meet the minimum order. All deliveries are subject to an environmental surcharge of $4.80 is applied.

Q. What is your return policy?
Items for return require a Return Goods Authorization number which can be obtained through customer service. Returned goods may be subject to a restocking charge. Special order items are non-returnable, unless authorized by the manufacturer. These are also subject to the manufacture’s restocking charges, usually 25%.

A. MSDSs and related information can be found here and by contacting customer service.

Q. Does Superior Solutions offer any type of service on equipment sold?
Yes, we offer repair services and maintenance services for a variety of equipment and machines. Our experience, factory trained specialists will help solve your problem, big or small.

Q. If I am not yet a customer but am interested in becoming one, where shoud I begin?
You should begin with a site survey conducted by one of our consultants, who can make recommendations for cleaning service, training and products.
