Superior Solutions is proud to announce its recent sale to GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc.

GDI is the 5th largest Janitorial services provider in North America, with approximately 17 000 employees and revenues reaching $700MM.

GDI’s services are used by the majority of the largest multi-property owners or managers in Canada, and by increasing number of clients in the U.S. The acquisition of Superior Solutions will enable GDI to consolidate their purchasing, vertically integrate and increase product and service offering to their customers as well as building a sustainable distribution business.

This transaction strategically aligns with GDI’s growth plan for the North American marketplace.
